Annual Conference
The 2008 Illinois Great Rivers Conference Pre-Conference Workbook is now available. This years theme is "Living the United Methodist Way" from Luke 10:25-28.
The Pre-Conference Workbook is mandated by our Standing Rules. The purpose of the workbook is to give members all the information they need for our sessions. The Pre-Conference Workbook is divided into three sections.
The Yellow Tab indicates basic information.
The Red Tab is the reference section containing the rules that govern our gathering, details on procedures and information on parliamentary procedure.
The Blue Tab divides the Decision Making section. This section includes all the Reports, Resolutions, Standing Rules Changes, Policy and Procedure Statement Changes, and proposed Constitutional Amendments.
