AC Secretary
The annual conference, at the first session following General Conference, shall elect a secretary and statistician to serve for the succeeding quadrennium. The secretary is responsible for receiving items of business for the annual conference session, the recording of proceedings and works in cooperation with the Committee on Journal Publication to publish the Conference Journal following the annual conference session. The conference secretary also serves as the keeper of all annual conference records (¶603.7, The Book of Discipline, 2004).
