United Methodist Women Prayer Room – Room 135
Order of St. Luke Daily Communion – 7:30 a.m. June 5, 6 and 7 at the UMW Prayer Room (Room 135). All members and guests of Annual Conference are welcome to attend.
Join us in word, sacrament, and prayer to focus upon God as we begin each day of Christian conferencing.
The Order will also assist in the worship services during Conference. We need several volunteers in this regard. Please contact

Ministers’ Mates Lounge – Room 200- Visit with any and all Minister’s mates for some fellowship, snacks and creative fun. For the last couple of years, we have been making handmade cards to send to those we have missed at Conference, or anyone at all. No experience required! Times for crafting will be posted at Conference but you can lounge anytime.
The Minister’s Mates Chorale enjoys making “a joyful noise” as we sing for our fellow MM’s at the luncheon . The practice times will be announced later, so look for them. Also, Janice Clark is stepping down as our chorale director. If you are interested in leading this fun group, please contact

Aldersgate Federal Credit Union will meet on Friday, June 6, after the morning session in the Choir Room, Room 134.
United Media Resource Center will be having a resource sale at Annual Conference. All donations will be used to buy new resources. Look for the UMRC display in Exhibit Hall D. For more information contact
