UMRC-United Media Resource Center
The United Media Resource Center is a lending library with resources to support the various ministries of our supporting members:
• Illinois Great Rivers Conference, The United Methodist Church • Great Rivers Presbytery, Presbyterian Church (USA) • Southeastern Illinois Presbytery, Presbyterian Church (USA)
The Resource Center contains a variety of resources for pastors, Sunday School teachers, committee members, small groups, men’s/women’s groups, youth groups, and children’s ministries as well as resources for personal spiritual growth.
There is no rental fee to borrow resources; the only cost to churches is mailing items back to the center. Contact Jill Stone by phone (217-529-2744) or e-mail to request items, if you have questions, or if you are looking for resources for a particular age or on a certain topic.
The UMRC, located in the United Methodist Center, is on the south side of Springfield, just off of Interstate 55. Call to set up an appointment if you (or a group) wish to visit the resource center.
