Congregational Development
The ministry of Congregational Development fulfills
the mission of the conference by:
■ starting new congregations and
■ assisting existing congregations to increase focus and effectiveness in their mission.
Congregational Development helps congregations with Ministry Assessment and Planning Processes (MAPP), so a church can identify next steps for ministry and develop strategies to move forward.
