Golden Cross Ministries
Golden Cross Sunday shall be observed on the second Sunday in May each year or on an alternate Sunday of the church's choosing. The Golden Cross offering helps support the Health and Welfare ministries of the conference. The ministries included are:

Alton Memorial Hopsital
Chaddock
Evenglow Lodge
Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House
Methodist Medical Center
Sunset Home
United Methodist Children's Home, Mt Vernon
United Methodist Village, Lawrenceville
Wesley Village, Macomb
Golden Cross gifts may be given throughout the year and sent directly to the Conference Treasurer. When making a gift please indicate your local church which will receive credit; gifts may be entered on the Monthly Remittance Form designates as Fund No. 0024.
