About Us
The organized Unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
United Methodist Women connect and gather at the local, District, or Conference level to learn, grow and do mission. Every 4 years, women from around the world meet at Assembly, a motivating, uplifting experience. Mission and mission education may focus on local, District, Conference, Nation or World concerns, primarily concerns for women and children.
