Mentor training resource
The goals of the IGRC UMW Task Force for Revitalization are 1) including young women in active membership, 2) encouraging all UMW groups in faithfulness to the mission and purpose of the organization as evidenced by concrete mission support through action and/or contributions, and 3) creating new membership models that maintain the purpose and resources of the organization but are not restricted by old forms.
The material presented here is ready to be used in Mentor Training or by a few women preparing to start a new Circle or Unit. One could start with the file on Mentor Training and proceed through, opening other files as suggested. One can also simply select the information one wants.
