Missions
The United Methodist Women of the Illinois Great Rivers Conference support a number of local, national, and international mission projects. Within the IGR Conference are two nationally designated United Methodist Church mission / human services organizations: Cunningham Children's Home in Urbana and Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House in East St. Louis.
United Methodist Women from throughout the Conference serve on the boards of these two agencies which receive funding from the Women's Division of the United Methodist Church. Cunningham and Lessie Bates also receive financial and material support from UMW all around the Conference.
