    Experience: Graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary; founding pastor of Quest UMC with more than 67 percent of adults under 35; more than 50 baptisms and professions of faith since 2010

    Personal Statement: I am passionate about the gospel of Jesus Christ and its proclamation through The United Methodist Church. By God's grace, I have been rescued by Jesus and called to use the leadership gifts and opportunities given to me to strengthen and grow the local church while also influencing the current United Methodist Church toward the heart and passion of the original Methodist movement that effectively made disciples and transformed the world. I feel the particular burden to not only reach an emerging generation with the gospel, but to support a denominational structure that is missionally drive to do the same. I was honored to serve on the 2012 General and Jurisdictional Conference delegation as an emerging leader learning the ropes. With that experience I feel even more prepared and equipped to provide biblically-grounded, compassionate and future-oriented leadership for our conference delegation for 2016.
