Alton Memorial Hospital
Alton Memorial Hospital's chaplaincy program is one of the health and welfare programs of Golden Cross Sunday. Spiritual Care services are available 24/7 to those in need of an open heart, an open mind and an open door. Staff Chaplain, the Dr. Rev. Bruce E. Baumberger, is board-certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains and is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church.
Baby Fold
What began as a faith-based orphanage for infants and young children has grown into a multi-service agency specializing in the care of today's most vulnerable children. Services include a focus on improving the lives of children and families by building safe, loving, healthy environments through adoption services, foster care, residential care, special education and family and community services.
Chaddock
Chaddock is a Golden Cross agency that offers hope and healing for severely traumatized children and their families through residential treatment, on-campus school that provides specialized education, foster care and adoption services, specialized treatment for children and adolescents with unresolved trauma, consultation and education for caregivers of preschool children and international consultation and training through the Chaddock Training Institute.
Cunningham Home
Cunningham Children's Home is a safe place where young people can heal, learn and grow. A ministry of the United Methodist Women founded in 1895, Cunningham Home offers residential treatment, specialized foster care, independent living programs and therapeutic special education to children and adolescents ages 5-21.
