Personal Statement:  As one committed to Christ and the mission of the UMC, I hope to provide voice and vote to issues that challenge us as the Body of Christ. My desire is to help move the Church in living out our call in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world fulfilling God’s purpose and plan for all of humanity. While we wrestle with the future of The United Methodist Church we must take seriously Jesus' teaching that a house divided against itself cannot stand. Believing that the Church belongs to God gives us assurance that we can live together and we can stand.
