2010 Annual Conference Wrap-Up Edition

2010 Pre-Conference edition

This form is used by a person who wishes to begin the process of becoming a local church or certified lay speaker. The application must include a recommendation by the pastor and the church council or charge conference.

2011 Apportionments by District

This form provides in Question and Answer format, information about Accountable Reimbursement Plans and what may or may not be included in such plans. This sheet can be used as a resource for completing the ARP Report for Charge Conference.

Cover letter sent to Staff-Parish Relations Chairs as part of the package of Assessment forms which will be used in preparation for 2011 Charge Conferences.
