Congregational Development

The ministry of Congregational Development fulfills the mission of the conference by:

¦ starting new congregations and
¦ assisting existing congregations to increase focus and effectiveness in their mission.

The Fruitful Congregations Process (FCP) is a key opportunity for existing churches. Over 40 IGRC churches are already engaged in the FCP as a way to become more effective and fruitful in ministry.
