Evangelism
The purpose of the IGRC Evangelism Committee is to challenge, assist and equip the pastors and laity in the Illinois Great Rivers Conference in making new disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Evangelism is the work of inviting people to the table of grace set by God. It is positioning the conference to establish new communities and transforming exisiting communities into faith-sharing societies with a vision for their neighbors. It is about growing spiritual leaders who understand evangelism in our Wesleyan heritage.
