No matter the time of the year East Bay Camp and Retreat has a variety of accommodations to meet your groups needs.
Pilchard Hall is our main four season Lodge Style air conditioned Retreat facility with sleeping campacity of 78. Bedrooms, which are located on both the first and second floors on the north wing of the building, have bunk beds with semi private bathrooms.
The south Side of Pilchard Hall includes a large meeting room on the upper floor and a recreation room which can double as a meeting room on the lower floor. The upstairs meeting rooom has a capacity for up to 200 people and overlooks Lake Bloomington.
Hummel If you are looking for intimate space for a small group our Hummel facility has three bedrooms each with private bath and sleeping capacity for 12. Adjoining the bedrooms is a cozy meeting room with a private deck, views of the forest, and roaring fireplace.
Dining Hall Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are served in our spacious Dining Hall which along with the two private wings and tea room has a seating capacity for 400.
Tea Room is the oldest building on property. For those of you who have been to the camp the Tea Room has a rich tradition in its simple elegance for dining, meetings, and chapel services
Aldersgate With a summer capacity of 130 and a winter, spring, and fall capacity of 53, Aldersgate Camp offers a variety of accomodation options. The outdoor shelter affectionally know as The Ark seats 130. All sleeping areas have bunk beds with bathrooms in Wesley Lodge, Gatehouse, Cabins A-1 and A-2. A conveniently located shower house also provides bathroom facilities during the warmer weather.
Wesley Lodge is our newest four season facility. Conveniently located in Aldersgate Camp, Wesley Lodge has sleeping and meeting capacity for 19. Spacious decks are attached to both the front and back of the building. The meeting room has fireplace and overlooks the woods. An outdoor fire ring is also avaliable. Sleeping areas are bunk style with semi private bath.
Gate House A1 and A2 In the Aldersgate area is located facility and sleeping Cabins A1 and A2. Gatehouse sleeps 12 with 2 private bathrooms with each cabin sleeping 12 with a private bath
Maples With a warm weather capacity of 200, Maples Camp comes alive every summer with the sounds of children at play and worship. Maples sports 17 cabins each with a sleeping capacity of 10 (many of which have been recently renovated). Maples camp also have avalible a Shelter meeting area with stage and seating capacity for over 220.
Altpeter house is also located in Maples Camp and sleeps 24.
Woods Camp Four season facility with sleeping capacity of 80. Each of the five cabins have sleeping accommodations for 16 divided into two rooms each sleeping 8 with a private bathroom on each side. Witherspoon Lodge has sleeping accommodations for 2, meeting space for 82, a fireplace, and limited kitchen facilities. Guest groups wishing to use the kitchen must provide all cooking and eating utensils. Witherspoon is also air-conditioned in summer.
