Camp Adoption Program
We have been blessed with this adoption program. The first step began in the Fall of 2010 to bring individuals, groups, churches, and businesses into the vision we had for East Bay Camp & Retreat.
Maples Camp Needs
The Maples cabins are on track to be completed this year. To date we have 12 cabins completed. We have been blessed with volunteer labor from work camps, men's groups and individuals. We would like to thank over a dozen groups and individuals that have adopted these cabins. We currently need 6 cabins to be adopted please see our adoption list below. Both of our shower houses are in need of adoption as well. This project requires groups that have the skills in plumbing. Please contact our Site Manager if you are interested in remodeling a shower house.
Dining Hall
We have completed replacing 69 windows in the main dinning room, north, and south wings! We are currently looking into air conditioning for our dinning hall. Any group willing to fund or donate the skilled labor for this project is encouraged to contact our Site Manager. We are currently raising funds for new chairs and tables for our dining hall, please check our adoption list below.
We are grateful and thankful to the individuals who have donated funds towards the new bathroom facility in the dining hall and to the Flanagan UMC for their very generous donation. We are looking for skilled labor this spring if you are interested in helping with this project please contact our Site Manager. Our goal is to have this project done by May 1st.
