4TH ANNUAL UNITED METHODIST PARISH NURSE RETREAT -- 2012

When: August 24th from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. and August 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: The Chiara Center in Springfield, IL
This retreat is an advanced educational opportunity designed for United Methodist Parish Nurses who have attended a Parish Nurse Basic Preparation/Foundations of Faith Community Nursing Course. Parish Nurses of other faiths and RNs and LPNs interested in faith-based health care related to a local church are welcome to attend. Contact hours will be awarded for this educational activity.

Registeration fee per person is $95.00. Overnight accomodations at the Chiara Center (double occupancy) and 3 meals are included.
Commuter registration fee is $60.00.
