Paul Black
The Director of Communication Ministries is responsible for all aspects of the IGRC communication flow and systems. The Director interprets and promotes the vision, mission and equipping strategies of the conference within the church and serves the conference as a public witness to state and federal government.
The Director oversees the operation of the website, publication of various e-newsletters, publication of the monthly newspaper The Current, supervises the video production ministry of the conference, as well as serving in a consultative relationship with the local churches through various training events.
