Candidacy Retreat for persons wishing to become certified candidates for ministry will be held virtually on Saturday, Jan. 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The retreat enables participants to worship together, have a chance to ask questions and learn about call, learn about the process of ordained ministry and meet with mentor groups.

Cost is $225 (includes lpsychological assessment)

Prerequisites (for more info see: https://www.igrctheboard.com/candidates-page)

• Approval of your District Superintendent
• Read and discuss The Christian as Minister with their pastor, campus minister or other clergy
• Write a letter to DS describing your call to ministry and requesting an appointment to discuss your call and complete required paperwork

Required for all candidates for ministry: licensed local pastor, deacon or elder
