The 2020 Annual Conference will be held online on Saturday, Aug. 15. Registration is required for all lay and clergy members. A completed registration is needed in order to provide log-in credentials for voting and participating in this online meeting.
If choosing a remote location to participate, registrants may choose any of the sites that have available seating not necessarily their own district's site. Each person must register individually. If both an individual and spouse are members of annual conference, they will need to complete separate registrations.
Congregations need to ensure that the correct person is designated as its elected lay member to annual conference. Registrations will be checked against a master list to maintain security to the bar of the conference.
Clergy will receive two log-ins -- one for the 9 to 11 a.m. Clergy Session and one for the full plenary session from 1 to 4 p.m.
Laity will receive a single log-in if they select that they will be joining the meeting from home.
If attending and participating in annual conference at a remote location, no log-in is required but you have to complete a registration before July 31 or you will not be admitted at the remote site. Wearing a facemask and 6 feet of social distancing will be expected of all attendees at remote sites.
Changes can be made to individual registrations until the July 31 deadline. No registration changes will be made after registration closes.
