2021 Beulah Youth Institute BC233$275.008 - 13 6/20/2021 - 6/26/2021 Register

We want to invite you to join us at Beulah Youth Institute for a week of Christian growth and community.  Each day will be filled with worship, individual and small group Bible study, food, fellowship, and making memories!

You will have the opportunity to choose between six to eight seminars daily as well as a wide variety of recreational options.  Our seminars cover a wide range of topics and although most are co-ed, there are options for gender-specific topics offered on certain days.  Seminars are an opportunity for you to learn more and grow deeper in an area of your choice.  Our recreation options include, but are not limited to, team sports, tournaments, individual games such as cornhole, board games, card games, and crafts.  After recreation and/or evening activity there will be some down time, so you are able to get cleaned up for our traditional evening worship.  Dress clothes are NOT required for evening worship; however, traditionally our students enjoy getting a little dressed up for the evening services.

While many churches attend as a youth group bringing their own sponsors and staying in church-owned cabins, we also offer dorms and dorm sponsors to accommodate campers coming without their youth group or sponsors.  So please do not hesitate to join us!

If you are interested in Beulah Youth Institute but still have questions before making your final decision to register, please e-mail Lauren Cole at youthmarionagate@gmail.com.  I would be happy to answer any and all questions to make your 2021 camping season the best it can be!

2021 Beulah: The Beginning BC213$105.002 - 4 7/2/2021 - 7/3/2021 Register

Join us this year at Beulah the Beginning Camp for “MIC DROP 2021”.  We worship God in church with songs of praise, but that is just one part of worship! Worship can happen anywhere, at any time, in good times and bad times, with our whole life, and even when others don’t.  Regardless of the circumstances of our lives, we are called to worship God!  Worship can happen when we sing, when we pray, when we dance, when we show love to others!

At Mic Drop 2021, our kids will experience and learn that every day we can praise God in some way.  We invite your kids to join us at camp for hands-on Bible stories, energetic games, creative crafts, movie night in the Tabernacle, wild & wacky games, and meaningful worship. We’re going to have a blast this year as we learn to be bold, strong, spirited, joyfully, sincere, and true in our worship.  We hope your kids can join us at Beulah the Beginning Camp for Mic Drop 2021!

2021 Beulah Junior High Alive BC243$180.006 - 8 7/13/2021 - 7/17/2021 Register

Our theme this year is “Songs in the Key of Life.” We will be diving deep into new and familiar songs we’ve heard on the radio or in church, and finding how the lyrics might connect to Scripture. Our verse for the week is Psalm 46:10 which encourages us to take the time to be with God and to listen to what He may be speaking to us, especially through song! Get your creative minds ready and we can learn together! We are looking forward to a week full of worship led by Harvest Ministry Team, as well as our awesome speakers and seminar leaders. Join us for a time of catching up with old friends, meeting new ones, and growing in our relationship with God! Come and make memories with us as we work in missions, create art, play games, and so much more! This will be a week that you won’t want to miss! Join us!

Week 2: June 21 – 25: Music Week
Make a joyful noise to the Lord with friends old and new. Campers will learn about genres of music, sing, play instruments, and end the week with a concert for our families. Campers do not have to already know how to play instruments to be part of this camp or to perform – they will learn at camp!
Week 3: June 28 - July 2: Art Week
Description: Is your camper a budding artist? Campers will try new mediums, create masterpieces, and curate their own Art Show for our families on Friday. This year, we will be focusing on sculpture, textiles, cubism, pop art, handicrafts, and photography!
Week 4: July 5 – 9: Wild West Week
Howdy, partners! It’s time to get the heck out of Dodge and come to East Bay instead! Campers will learn to barrel race, pan for gold, compete in a farming relay, and even talk to a real-life Rancher about life in the Wild West!
Week 5: July 12 – 16: STEM Week
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. We believe that the things we learn from the STEM world are important for understanding God’s creation. Campers will learn about coding with Legos and salsa, create edible constellations, and even work as a team to create disaster resistant marshmallow homes. Come experience a new way to learn about our relationship with God.
Week 6: July 19 – 23: Holiday Week
Happy Halloween! Let’s gather for Thanksgiving, wish you a Merry Christmas, search for Easter eggs, and celebrate American Independence! This week we will learn about why we have holidays, how holidays are observed around the world, and have lots of festive parties! Perfect for the kids who missed classroom holidays this past school year.
Week 7: July 26 – 30: Mystery Week
Grab your magnifying glass and trench coat – we’ve got a mystery to solve, gang! Solve a classic who-dun-it with new friends as you swim, play, and explore our woods. Don’t worry, grown-ups, this camp isn’t too scary or spooky, our mystery is tailored for our campers specifically. Be sure to come every day this week so that you can gather all the clues and catch the thief of the coveted East Bay Emerald!
Week 8: August 2 – 6: Nature Week
During this week, we’ll spend more time outside than inside. Campers will learn about camping, outdoor cooking, weather, boating, and other wilderness skills.  Most importantly, campers will develop a sense of God’s presence in our natural world! But don’t worry, campers will still get to go swimming and spend a bit of time in the A/C. Join us for an adventure unlike any other before!
Week 9: August 9 – 13: Superhero Week
Camp is facing a Super Villain that only our Super Campers can defeat! Develop your powers, craft a disguise, and work as a team to save East Bay! Campers young and old will learn about prayer and community while having a great time playing, swimming, and singing here at camp. The perfect family get-away. This weekend is geared towards our youngest campers; however, campers of all ages are welcome. Portions of this weekend are more structured than others to respect the needs of all kinds of families. Much like a cruise ship, there will be stations for different kinds of activities, different age groups, and different interests available throughout the weekend. These stations and flexibility allow your family to tailor this experience just for you!

Our June Family Adventurers will be staying in our new cabins in Aldersgate. Each family unit will get their own sleeping area and bathroom. All beds in this area are twin sized. Aldersgate is known for being across from the pool. The GPS address is 24306 Ron Smith Memorial Hwy, Hudson, IL 61748. If this location changes, staff will be outside to redirect you.

Price: $155.00 per person - early bird discount available if registration and full camp payment (less 25.00 per person) by April 15.
