Personal Statement: I am 32 years old.  I have worked with youth for 13 years and have a deep passion for youth and young adult ministries. I have initiated a mission opportunity for young adults to teach the people of Liberia about the importance of clean water and sanitation.  My great love of camping ministry has grown since I accepted Christ as my Savior at a UM camp at the age of 9.  Serving on the IGRC Commission on Camping and Retreat Ministries has therefore been quite fulfilling. I have also enjoyed being a team member of the IGRC Young Clergy Initiative.
My heart has been instilled with a deep sense of social justice, and I truly believe we need to work together to change the world.  I would be honored to represent our annual conference as a delegate. It is my desire to see the United Methodist Church rally around our shared Wesleyan values in order to serve a hurting world.
