To view a downloadable form, click on the heading. To save the form to your computer, right-click on the heading, select "Save File As..." or "Save Target As..." and the choose the location where you want the document to be saved (i.e. Desktop) and click Open.
Sexual Ethics Training
Power Point Slides for the mandatory sexual ethics training April 17-20, 2013, at Mt. Vernon West Salem Trinity UMC, Washington Crossroads UMC, Champaign New Horizon UMC and Sugar Creek UMC in Chatham. These are full page copies of the slides which will be used. Any notes would have to be made on a separate sheet of paper or on the face of the slide. (44 pp/slides)

To create a handout for taking notes, open the file in Power Point, Select File, Print, and then under the slide settings, choose Notes Page (for a single slide and space to take notes) or choose one of the multi-slide options with 2 or 3 slides per page to print out pages for taking notes.
