Bishop Beard has announced that the Rev. Roger Russell, retired elder, will be serving as the part-time interim District Superintendent of the Mississippi River District. The Rev. Dr. Rose Booker-Jones remains in the hospital in St. Louis Missouri. Rev. Russell will fill the void created by her absence effective July 16, 2018.
