Speaker: Andy Black is the associate pastor at St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Belleville, Illinois, and has served churches throughout the IGRC for the past six years. A native son of central Illinois, Andy loves to feed his mind with all things Abraham Lincoln, but has an even deeper appreciation for what feeds his belly. In true Hufflepuff fashion, Andy’s favorite meal is always his next one, and he feels that time spent “breaking bread” with friends and family is always time well-spent. Preaching, teaching, and helping people draw closer to Christ are among his many passions, and he looks forward to bringing each of those to the fore at NOW. God has blessed Andy with a tremendously-talented and loving wife, Rebecca, who is in every measure his “better half.” He looks forward to worshiping, hanging out, and eating lots of good food with new friends this October. So grab a broomstick, a portkey, or a handful of floo powder and join Andy at Lake Williamson October 4-6 for a “fantastic” weekend of worshiping and growing together!
