Martha Ann Donnell Ehrhardt of Birmingham passed away peacefully on Thursday, the 9th of December 2021. She was 89 years of age.  Mrs. Ehrhardt was born on August 24, 1932, in Pontiac, Illinois, and was the daughter of the late Percy H. Donnell and Beuna Hutson Donnell. IGRC retired pastor, the Rev. Merlin H. Schendel, 87, died Dec. 4 in Leesburg, Fla. Rev. Schendel began his ministry in the Minnesota Conference of the former Evangelical United Brethren Church in 1953. He began serving in the former Central Illinois Conference in 1961 and retired after 41 years of active ministry in 1994 from Decatur: Christ. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
