We have received word that Joan Loucks Eckert Hutton (94) passed away in Charleston, IL on March 31, 2016.
She was the widow of Rev. James B. Hutton. They served local churches in the former Central Illinois Conference retiring from Annawan Fairview in 1983. He died in 1992.
She was also the mother of Rev. David Hutton, a retired clergy member of the IGRC.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
