Jackie Sue (Burcham) McGeehon, 65, of Rushville, IL, went to be with the Lord at 7:56 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL. She was born on October 4, 1953 in Decatur, IL to the late Jack & Dorothy Childress Burcham. She married Randy McGeehon on May 25, 1982. He survives along with (3) children, Nicholas McGeehon & Martha, Trevor McGeehon & D’Ann and Mathew Lofland, (4) grandchildren, Aubrey, Tanner, Campbell, Cooper. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Everly McGeehon. Jackie was a loving wife, mother & grammy. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, reading and spoiling her dog Cooper. Two services will be held to honor Jackie’s life. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. at Elwin United Methodist Church in Elwin, IL on Sunday, November 25, 2018 with Rev. Sylvester Weatherall officiating. It will be followed by a meal in the Fellowship Hall. A second service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018 in the Rushville First United Methodist Church in Rushville, IL with Rev. Matt Stevens officiating. It will be followed by a meal in the Fellowship Hall. Memorials may be given to the forEverly foundation, a foundation that was created in memory of Jackie’s granddaughter, Everly.
