Accessing Your CliftonStrengths Reports
If you have previously taken the CliftonStrengths assessment and need to access your reports, here is how to do so.

If you are an IGRC pastor who has never taken CliftonStrengths before and are being asked to do so by your District Superintendent, you can contact Mike Crawford or Nic Showalter for an access code and instructions.
Staff Strengths Workshop
Mike Crawford can offer a Staff Strengths workshop to build staff cohesiveness and teamwork. The workshop is designed for teams of 3 to 10 people from a church to attend together, including the pastor(s) and paid or unpaid staff. All participants should take the CliftonStrengths assessment prior two weeks prior to participating in the workshop.
