CliftonStrengths Finder

CliftonStrengths is being used as a key development tool for all conference clergy and also conference leaders. In the workshops related to CliftonStrengths a few topics have come up multiple times. Links below highlight some of those key points.

Accessing Your CliftonStrengths Reports

If you have previously taken the CliftonStrengths assessment and need to access your reports, here is how to do so.

1. Go to https://www.gallup.com/cliftonstrengths/en/home.aspx.
2. Sign in is in the upper right corner.
3. Use your email address as your user name.
4. If you forget your password, you can ask for a re-set.
5. That should allow you to access your results.

If you took it several years ago and do not have access to the email account you likely used when taking the assessment, use these instructions:

Contact Gallup help (https://my.gallup.com/_Help/HelpCenter?p=1833497077 – chat or call is the most efficient) with this information:

1. The year and approximate time of year you took the assessment.
2. The email address you likely used when you took the assessment.
3. Tell them your Top 5 Themes in order.
4. Ask them to change the email address with the account to your current email address.
5. Once that happens, you should be able to reset the password and have access to your reports.

If you are an IGRC pastor who has never taken CliftonStrengths before and are being asked to do so by your District Superintendent, you can contact Sam Rodriguez for an access code and instructions.

Staff Strengths Workshop

Sam Rodriguez can offer a Staff Strengths workshop to build staff cohesiveness and teamwork. The workshop is designed for teams of 3 to 10 people from a church to attend together, including the pastor(s) and paid or unpaid staff. All participants should take the CliftonStrengths assessment prior two weeks prior to participating in the workshop.
